Event Access
How long do we get access to the hall for our event?
The baseline hall rental fee allows for a maximum of 9 hours of access to the hall.
The amount of time is allocated in the following manner..
2 HOURS
Two hours are provided for any decorating you may want to do. This window of time is selected by you to occur earlier in the day on the day of the event. If the end of the two hour set up isn’t immediately proceeding your event, everyone will be asked to exit the hall. The hall will then be locked and undisturbed until one hour prior to scheduled guest arrival.
1 HOUR
The hall will be reopened one hour prior to scheduled guest arrival. This time is typically utilized by the DJ, Caterer, or the host to set up food the have brought in.
5 1/2 HOURS
The event itself may last a maximum of 5 1/2 hours. We do not allow events to go later than midnight. At the end of the 5 1/2 hours or at midnight (whichever comes first) the bar will be closed and the music stops. The event is considered concluded.
30 Minutes
After the conclusion of your event, an additional 30 minutes are provided to allow everyone to gather their things and exit the hall. Please be respectful of our staff and make sure everyone of your guests meets this time limit.
